Ice Flowers
Ice Flowers
Freeze some dried or fresh flowers into an ice cube tray and give your students some hammers. They will have a blast hammering the ice cubes, watching them break apart to reveal the flowers frozen inside.
Fresh Orange Juice
Fresh Orange Juice
Grab a juicer and some oranges, for this activity we used cuties. Put the cuties into the juicer and let the kids turn it on and off. They will love the taste of the fresh juice.
Pair this activity with “Oranges & Lemons” by Seleste, which you can purchase here
Flower Spin Art
Flower Spin Art
Print out some flower outlines on cardstock and cut them to the size of a salad spinner. Add a few drops of paint, then have the kids help spin the salad spinner. The paint will spread out and create some beautiful designs that you can hang up in your classroom.
